I write this as an acknowledgement of my ancestral lineage and as a celebration of all those with whom we stand, shoulder-to-shoulder, in the good fight against the forces of darkness.
As regular readers will be aware, my childhood was spent in the rain-lashed town of Huddersfield, in a place called Lindley, high on the Eastern edge of the Pennines, the range of hills that separates Lancashire and Yorkshire and stretches from Derbyshire to Northumberland.
Hewn from the millstone grit: the moors near Huddersfield
Like many of my generation, that childhood was one in which I was steeped in a Christian tradition. A tradition that seemed to me to be as old as the millstone grit upon which much of those lands stand and from which much of its architecture was constructed. Chapels, churches, church halls, the re-purposed Mechanics Institute, even my junior school were built in a grandiose style of such endurability that, at this point in my life, some 50 years later, I am increasingly of the view that they are more ancient than we have been led to believe. In other words, they were not capable of being built in such numbers and with such precision and skill as the official timelines would have us believe.
Another example of a repurposed building was the former workhouse in which I was born:
St Lukes Hospital, Crossland Moor – a former ‘workhose’.
One aspect of this Christian up-bringing was that we would sing hymns, songs of joy that mapped out the seasons of the year and filled my young self with a sense of awe, a knowingness that these hymns lifted my heart and instilled in me the understanding that their lyrics were powerful declarations that had a warrior-like quality to them. These hymns are muscular declarations of our faith in the truth. They are declarations of love for God, underpinned by the power of the Christ archetype and a love which will armour us in the battle against the dark (or Ahrimanic) forces which I knew to be existent from an early age. These forces had swept me up as an infant who endured a circumcision, they were the entities that pursued me in my sleep, to leave me bathed in cold sweats and they were the source of all that was malevolent in the world.
My people
As I have previously written, as a young lad I was always conscious of the tough climate in which I found myself and, all around me, this toughness was reflected in the people, a quality that was matched by the friendliness and generous spirit of the folk of Huddersfield, in common with countless other communities across the northern lands formerly known as Bernicia and Deira.
By way of example, here is a photograph of my infant self with my two granddads: on the left, my paternal grandfather, Tom Kaye and, on the right, my maternal grandfather, Stanley Thompson:
At that time, Tom would have been 60 years old and Stanley, 65. Take a look at those beaming lined faces and those calloused hands and you will see that they were, self-evidently, tough men, unlike the lily-livered Eugenists like the effete Billy Goats, Matt Wancock, Neil Ferguson, Michael Gove, Boris Johnson and the rest of those poor specimens who advocate culling Mankind as if they are some superior specimen altogether.
Stanley had fought in France in the First World War as a teenager. He was gassed in the trenches and blinded for a number of months. He didn’t fight in WW2 but worked in a reserved occupation at Hawker Aircraft Ltd, Blackpool.
Tom was an engineer who worked in the mills and factories of Huddersfield. During WW2, he was also not conscripted as his work at David Brown Ltd was also deemed to be a reserved occupation.
I write about this because it has become ever-apparent to me over the last two decades, but particularly these last 24 months, that we are in a spiritual war and victory will be achieved by all who have the requisite levels of ancestral toughness, fortitude and connected-ness with the forces of good.
Such people exist in their tens of millions across these lands and it was my pleasure to connect with a good number of them on the Winter Solstice, 2021 at a gathering next to the Robin Hood statue outside Nottingham Castle that celebrated the laying of the charges for Government Mass Murder by Midazolam that very day and held a candle-lit vigil for all those who have been murdered by the syringe-carrying murderers in white coats.

At which point, I would like to give my heartfelt thanks to the blessed people of Nottingham who turned up for the Solstice event (above) – estimates as to how many were there vary from 100 to 200. Whilst I don’t know the exact figure, as I turned the corner of Friar Lane I was somewhat taken aback by volume of the crowd. I’d say, from my position there and on the statue, there must have been well over a hundred. There’s no doubt about it, Nottingham stood up on the Solstice and I was proud to be there. 23.5 Million People in England Stand their Ground and decline the Divoc 91 Arm-spear
On top of which, it would appear that there is an enormous display of critically-thinking public non-compliance with the diktats of the criminal gov and its SAGE controllers, as exemplified by the fact Savage Jabhead and co. have lied about the actual numbers of unjabbed people in England alone:
As I have been stating for some time, the dark forces behind the Divoc 91 Psy-Op are, inevitably, losing the all-important control of the fake narrative. When it collapses, and that moment is imminent, the associated Rothschild Bankster’s manipulation of the psy-op and their attempts to further enslave the people via a centralised digital currency will come into sharp focus. In short, the people have had enough.
Those who voted for Brexit did so in greater numbers than was claimed – this was why the controllers had to go along with it, to make it appear that it was a very close vote when, in reality, outside the bubbles of the dominant chattering classes, there is a sizeable number of British people who, quite simply, do not fall for the bullshit.
There are two measures that suggest this is the case:
Firstly, the fact that, as any stage or therapeutic hypnotist will confirm, there will always be at least a quarter of the people who remain unsusceptible any attempts to ‘put them under’ (mind-control them) :

What the enemy is trying to do is extremely dangerous, because if the masses ever awaken from their spell, they will demand justice and so stress must constantly be maintained upon the masses until the mass formation is complete.
Secondly, the fact that there are some 23.5 million people in England who have not even had one jab, according to the state’s own figures, is a solid indicator that the entire Divoc 91 Genocide programme is simply not going to work on huge swathes of the population.

In any event, it is written in response to the voluminous works of Henry Makow who says it rings true. The link gives a clear analysis of the alleged Rothschild post, as do the comments below, which highlight the behaviours of a psychopath and the errors in his Dark Over Lordship’s inverted thinking, particularly with regard to the false claim that the truth is of no consequence for the majority of Mankind has lost its ability to think critically and in the name of ‘equality’, it has fallen to the Sabattean Frankist bullshit as espoused by a man whose family has parasited upon Mankind for over 200 years.

And Professor of Clinical Psychiatry, Matthias Desmet, who has studied the psychology of totalitarianism has done an excellent job of explaining how w got here and how we win.
In dictatorships, obedience comes from a basic fear of the dictator.
But with totalitarianism, people are hypnotized into obedience.
In psychological terms, this mass hypnosis is known as mass formation.
And totalitarianism always starts with a mass formation inside the population.
A mass formation requires 4 conditions for it to take root.

The above photograph is my former junior school, a not untypical example of the fine ancient architecture to be found in the rain-lashed town of Huddersfield. At the age of around 8 months, my infant self had been brutally circumcised by white coated assassins/quacks for reasons which have never been adequately explained to me by my mother. I remember the dark winter mornings when I would walk in my duffle coat to this institution of learning with the wind, rain or snow lashing my bare legs (no trousers allowed for young boys in those distant days). I mention this as it is the experiences of those early years that is engrained in me and to illustrate how my childhood impressions were coloured by the hilly landscape, with its harsh climate and the grinding grandeur of the buildings I was surrounded by. It had a heavy material quality to it and, for whatever reason, I was very aware of it and understood that I had somehow come from a lighter and airier realm to become immersed in this one. In short, I sensed it was all a trap and thus sought to escape its confines.
However, it is important to note that this was, like my infant school before it, a Christian institution: we prayed, we learned the stories of the bible and we sang joyous hymns. This grounding has stood me in good stead and is probably behind my anger towards the liars and deceivers of this world and my intolerance of the phoney ‘men of the cloth’.
Like many of my generation, as I got older, I was often diametrically opposed to my parents’ clear materialism. This made me vulnerable to the influence of Lucifer – the influence that nudges us into seeking oblivion or relief from the insufferable qualities of this realm via alcohol, opioid use and the general desire to ‘go beyond’, to explore space and to seek new lifeforms, a desire which was exploited by the emergence of Science Fiction in all media forms.
By way of illustration of my Luciferic tendencies, in 1999, I sort to escape the confines of this materiality, jacked in my job as Head of English at a community college in Leicester and headed East to the Himalayas where I planned to trek through the beautiful mountainous landscape. The above information leads me to question what happened to the large numbers of people who took massive amounts of MDMA in those years. Did they suffer neurological ailments, liver and kidney issues etc which effectively neutered them to the palpable frauds of the entire edifice of control that has been built around them? Did it nullify the threat of them standing up to the swindles to the benefit of the ‘authorities’ whose aim is to divide and conquer them?
Or, were they sheep all along and this was simply a means to chemically lobotomise them?
Lucifer is the way to nihilism.
Without the correct steerage, the vessels we are travelling in, our own bodies, run aground. The influences of Lucifer and Ahriman are extremes that take us out of balance.
When I went East, I was searching for an answer as to how to steer my way through the whirled (world). I read the teachings of the Buddha and came to the conclusion that one should aim for balance, or the so-called middle way.
As I trekked through the Himalayas, my connection with the one true Creator expanded. Bar the occasional foray into the Luciferian realms, I stayed clear of all syntheticmind pollutants.

This is an expression that is of particular relevance right now for it occurs to me that we are in a War being perpetrated against us by an age-old synthetic organism, a mind parasite that may be called Ahriman. This could also be explained as a demonic possession, a possession that is invited through the various chemical substances that people consume via the foods, the air, the mainstream media, the systems of mis-education and any and all forms of mass-medication, as exemplified by the Divoc 91 Psy-Op.
The model of the tripartite systems of influence, whereby the triangle is formed by Ahriman, Christ (consciousness) and Lucifer is, at least to me, very straightforward. The way of reason, the path of truth and service to nature is the anti-dote to the bullshit of Ahriman and Lucifer. Inevitably I reached the conclusion that Love is the key and that my sojourn to the East had been a necessary precursor to the realisation that the spiritual, metaphysical and intellectual answers I had been seeking were everywhere I stood, which meant that I was compelled to come home, back to these lands of my forefathers – the Isles of Britain.
The man who acts in reason is therefore with God – he is literally in a god-like state.
After all,

God is Love
God is Beauty
Anyone out of balance, who sways towards the deceptions of Ahriman or Lucifer is, by definition, unreasonable and thus as far from the god-head as is possible.
Therefore, I am calling out Justin Welby the Archbishop, Clive, the vicar, and the mask-wearing parents of the Iona school, the Steiner school trustees and the governors who push the Tracking code nonsense as collaborators in genocide. Had they a genuine love for themselves and those under their charge, they would investigate the Divoc 91 Ahrimanic fantasy and conclude it is a means of mass destruction, the outcome of which is genocidal.
Were they genuine, they would encourage others to stand in their own sovereignty and actively take part in the halting of the genocide by government diktat and their messages would be those of love, not fear. Alas, they are evidently incapable of such reasonable action for they have manifestly been cut off from their own divinity and connection to the creator. They are in bed with the devil and by rolling up their sleeves and accepting the deadly serum of Ahriman, they are collaborators in the tyranny and shills for the genocide by needlepoint.

I state this on the basis that the morons amongst us are still falling for the propaganda that flows around us like a cesspit of epic proportions, with the latest ‘variant’ of the Vax Scam being ‘Monkey Pox’ or ‘M-Pox’, to use the current politically-correct term.
Naturally, some will take offence at my use of the term ‘moron’ but, as the definition below makes clear, it is an entirely accurate expression to describe those who make poor decisions based on bad information.
Whilst some of the actors referenced below have exited the play, some are still poncing about on the phoney stage under the instruction of their banking overlords, with the Archbishop of Canterbury arguably one of the biggest prancing prats of the lot.
The poison dwarf himself, Rishi Sunak has been replaced this year with the next in line, the equally vertically-challenged dictator, Keir Stalin (sic), another poli-puppet about whom there is little to be said other than that he is, to all intents and purposes, as real a character as Mr Punch.

I have, over the last month, had a series of encounters that are illustrative of the moronic mindset of many people who literally have no idea what the fook is going on, despite the fact that the truth is accessible and available to all who care to investigate it. They have wilfully chosen the path of ignorance and the inevitable outcome will be another mass-realisation that ‘ignorance is bliss’ is but a lie. By accepting the lies of the State’s propaganda, they have made some very foolish decisions. Three Sundays ago, whilst out for an afternoon stroll, I bumped into Clive, the local vicar and his wife.
The conversation was genial enough but it soon became apparent, once again, that he is completely lacking in critical thinking ability and evidently has no faith or any deep connection with the Creator.
Were the opposite the case, it would be a very different man who appeared before me and not one who has surrendered to the criminal diktats of the ‘gov’ and its associated bogus authorities. A man who has accepted that the rogue UK Big Pharma Junta is a superior authority and jurisdiction to that of God.
Utter nonsense, of course, but a very dangerous position for a vicar to take – not that he is unusual in this acceptance, as most of his ilk have swallowed the lies and propaganda without any critical thinking whatsoever.
An Archbishop Extolling Genocide by Needlepoint
The epitome of a foolish decision is that of a man who rolls up his sleeve to receive the genocidal serum. Such a man is self-evidently a moron.
The Archbishop of Canterbury, a man known as Justin Welby, is similarly dangerously deluded: this is what he stated on 19th January, 2021 when he rolled up his sleeve and allowed his God-created body to poisoned with the deadly serum,

Clive, my local vicar, is apparently no different from Welby or any of the fake clergy who encourage others and/or go along with the criminal mandates of the rogue UK Gov.
During the course of our wee chinwag, his wife chipped in to ask me if I had had the arm-spear. I sense she is cruel in some way, a feeling I get from her facial expressions and demeanour. I told her there was no way I would be taking part in the genocidal mass experiment on the people and told her the failure to disclose the contents of the vials and hence obtain the required informed consent, would lead to retribution, that it was the work of the devil.
Her response was, “Clive’s had three.”
I didn’t need to know this and didn’t ask in the first place. “Oh, dear.” was my reply. Oh dear, oh fooking dear.
Such foolhardiness in the face of a genocide of one’s fellow Men is hard to comprehend until one realises, that just like any and all institutions that aspire to being a public ‘authority’, the Church is an imposter and that issue goes directly to the heart of the matter. Namely, the fake Church has been captured by Ahrimanic forces.

The Shame of the Mask-Wearer
It’s appropriate that I mention Rudolph Steiner for last Saturday I attended an Advent Fayre at the Iona School in Sneinton, Nottingham which is purportedly a ‘Steiner School’.
Steiner was a polymath, an artist, an architect, an advocate of Spiritual Science and a man who took no shit when it came to the machinations of the State.
In former times it may have been the case that these institutions of learning were true to their founder’s aims in seeking to establish a system of education that nurtured and brought about the rise of the free-thinking individual who could correctly be deemed an auto-didact.
However, that is evidently not the case now for the building in which the school is housed is plastered with the NHS tracing application with those who enter encouraged to scan the code when they walk in. This includes the nonsensical ‘social distancing’, ‘handwashing’ and ‘face-covering’ instructions.
Whilst the parents who choose to pay to send their children to the school may do so for the best of reasons, I was struck by the fact that around 60% of those ‘grown-ups’ who attended were wearing face-nappies. If one hasn’t worked it out yet, let’s put it this way:
By complying with the anti-science diktats, the propaganda of the Rogue State and all things related in this war on Mankind, these people are virtue signalling collaborators who are obviously incapable of critical thinking. Doubtless, a large number of them will have rolled up their sleeves to take the death-shot and, as a consequence, will be facing a number of health problems which will shorten their lives, or kill them.
Such extreme foolishness in decision making does not bode well for them or their offspring, especially if, after almost 2 years, they have failed to do the research and conclude that the entire ‘scamdemic’ is a hoax, a world-wide psychological operation designed to ensnare the naive.
Whilst we are on this subject, let us be as clear as we can be: there is no contagion, there is no communicable virus that has been isolated and identified as such and, in any event, the PCR test is as meaningless as someone who falsely identifies a piece of mushroom in a vegetable soup and claims it is a mushroom soup. As the brilliant Jon Rappoport succinctly states,

That is the fact – the emperor is naked. Those that refuse to see what is before their very eyes are as the blind men who cannot determine the entirety of the elephant they are each feeling.
My understanding of Steiner’s take on the influences of Lucifer, Christ and Ahriman is gleamed from direct experience.
Ahriman is the materialistic influence over Mankind that ties man down to the fake scientific claims of this world; the same pernicious influence that casts the MON-EYe illusion over him.
It is the same influence that convinces him his body is imperfect and that only white-coated assassins armed with oil-based-pharmaceutical quackery can correct the ‘errors’ in God’s creation and help him. It is the viewpoint of the Anti-Christ wherein nature is a lie that can only be fixed at needlepoint by the white-coated priests of the death cult of Quackery.

Was German Chemist Dr Andreas Noack Killed for Revealing the Truth about Graphene Hydroxide in Vials?
The following video features the findings of the (allegedly) murdered German expert in Carbon and Graphene Oxide and their applications.
The fact GO is an undisclosed ingredient in the vile vials produced by Pfizer et al renders any and all contractual obligations null and void. In fact, it is a criminal fraud (misrepresentation of the vials as a ‘vaccine’ and failure to disclose the contents – fraud by omission).
Add to that what Dr Noack states at 9’23 minutes into his presentation,
After the Spanish doctor’s study, it is official that nanoscale graphene (hydr) oxide is in the vaccine”
and we see there is another form of graphene in the jib-jabs – graphene hydroxide. It is this that he states is a very sharp-edged substance that acts like a nano-sized razor blade, causing untold damage to the victims.
The stakes are high for all those Jab-pushing-shills, whether they be operating as a jabber in one of the death-shot venues, as a GP advocating the arm-spear, a headteacher rolling out the needling of his pupils, an advertising agency pushing the experimental serum, a politician pushing the fake narrative of Divoc 91 or banker who is part of an attempt to push the no-cash, Rothschild-controlled central banks digital currency onto a beleaguered and lost populace. Each and everyone of these people is complicit in a genocide by needlepoint, the like of which Mankind has probably never seen before.
The stakes are so high that any individual who points out the blatant fallacies of the narrative and the deadly components in the vials is a threat to the ‘security’ of those listed above. When you’re part of a mass cult that uses obscene levels of fear-inducement in order to achieve ‘compliance’, then you are so far stepped into the incarnadine seas of genocide that you cannot return to the shoreline. On November 18, 2020, well-known German chemist and one of the EU’s top graphene experts, Dr Andreas Noack was arrested by an armed police unit in the middle of his YouTube livestream.
On November 26th, 2021, just hours after publishing this latest video about graphene oxide and graphene hydroxide, he died suddenly.
In this video, he reveals that that Dr Pablo Campra from the University of Almeria had recently done a Micro-Raman spectroscopy study of the vaxxine and had discovered that the graphene detected in the vaxx was not graphene oxide (GO) but graphene hydroxide (GHO), which is an extremely stable molecule that is not biodegradable, so it basically stays in your system forever.
This is very bad news for vaxxine recipients, because he describes graphene hydroxide molecules as “the sharpest imaginable objects because they are only one atom layer thick…a huge molecule which is extremely sharp.”
In other words, the graphene hydroxide molecules in the vaxx behave like nano razors that cut the epithelial lining of recipients’ veins, which he believes is the cause of blood clots and the sudden deaths observed in so many top athletes, lately.
He believes it’s a case of “Russian Roulette”, where the syringe administering the intramuscular injection will inadvertently pierce a vein, allowing the GHO to enter the bloodstream, slicing up the epithelia in the blood vessels of hapless recipients. Continued here.

Across these lands, people have already gone into default on their mortgage payments and once three months arrears have accumulated, the bank will claim the right to bring a possession claim in one of the rigged system’s ‘County Courts’. That is problematic in itself in the event that it proves to be true the Queen has been deposed, for then all public, judicial and privy Council oaths will be nullities. Whilst the odds are stacked against any individual who takes on the banks over their fraudulent repossession claims in a County Court, these are extraordinary times and it expected that there will be an inexorable rise in the numbers of brave mortgagors who launch valid defences against the criminal banksters and their whoring solicitors.

It is exactly 10 years on from 7th November, 2011 when I was violently evicted for the second time in the space of one year. On this occasion it was from a friend’s property which was subject to a void mortgage, purportedly held by a notorious cadre of shysters known as Kensington Mortgages.

Carl Scrivens’ False Imprisonment and Forced Medical Treatment Continues.
Drug Licensing Requirements Exceeded.
Background
The members of the Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust have been served notice, jointly and severally, that Carl Scrivens is being falsely imprisoned and forcibly medicated.
The brutal treatment of Carl Scrivens at the hands of those purportedly looking after him is detailed in this account which first appeared and can be read in its entirety at the Bernician site.
The Demonstrable Facts
On 20th October, 2021, Carl Scrivens, of Coalville, Leicestershire, was relaxing at home when a gaggle of social workers, council employees and police started to bang on his door.
He politely informed them that he did not want to speak with them and that they should leave but they ignored him, and, aided and abetted by the police, his front door was then battered down, before he was kidnapped and ‘sectioned’ by way of a plainly void warrant.
Void Warrant
This warrant has been purportedly initiated by an unidentified individual named Collins Ntoko but the grounds for the application are self-evidently non-existent, on the basis that the warrant gives the following two options for the substantiating grounds:
a) Has been, or is being, ill-treated, neglected or kept otherwise than under proper control.
b) Being unable to take care of himself, is living alone.
(Delete as appropriate)
Since neither ground was appropriately deleted, the warrant is void ab initio for being fatally incomplete upon its execution with unreasonable force.
From which a horrifying question arises:
Is this story not emphatically reminiscent of those of Nazi Germany, where those who questioned the authority of the state were sectioned and promptly euthanized ‘for the greater good’?
Absence of Material Evidence
Once again, there is no material evidence substantiating the completely spurious claim that Carl is somehow mentally unfit, nor has there been any form of mental health assessment conducted.
Moreover, the grounds relied upon are completely false and the only signature on the void warrant is that of PC Aciens, who is not qualified to assess anybody’s mental health.
Unsigned Warrant
In any event, the warrant is demonstrably invalid because it has not been signed by a “Justice of the Peace, sitting at Leicester Magistrates Court on 19/10/21”, as it falsely purports to have been.
This alone is enough to render the already void warrant a legal nullity, on the basis that without the signature of the JP in Leicester Magistrates Court it has not been validly issued and as such is incapable of enforcement.
However, this placed the CEO of Leicester Partnership NHS Trust in serious jeopardy because they [and their accomplices at the Unit] are fraudulently acting under the authority of what appears to be a fake or forged warrant.
Which renders each of the accused personally liable for their civil and criminal wrongdoings, regardless of what they do from henceforth.
Witness Testimony
Those responsible implicitly claim that Carl’s alleged condition has been caused by a chronic anxiety relating to Carl’s paternal roots.
However, whilst Carl has been engaged in lengthy investigations into his lineage and in particular his family name, three witnesses are willing to testify under oath that, having communicated face to face and electronically with Carl over the past three months about these very matters, he has exhibited no signs of chronic anxiety whatsoever.
On the contrary, he has been perfectly lucid, calm and of sound mind throughout, which render him more than capable of looking after himself and incapable of being lawfully sectioned, in the absence of any material evidence to the contrary.
Fraudulent Mortgage
However, it is worth stressing that Carl declined to attend a mortgage possession hearing, initiated by Santander over purported arrears, on 20th September 2021, at which the judge ruled against him in his absence, due to the fact that the bank named ‘Carl Tudge’ as the defendant and not ‘Carl Scrivens’.
The judge ignored this blatant fact and issued a possession order against Carl’s property, in spite of the evidence that the mortgage relied upon is fraudulent, in the absence of either a valid contract or deed, in fatal breaches of sections 1 and 2 of the Law of Property (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1989.
This is no mere coincidence, as it would seem that the judge was disgruntled over the fact that Carl blew wide open both the fraud of the purported mortgage and the fact that the entirety of the bank’s claim was based on a manifest fraud surrounding his real legal name, ‘Scrivens’.
Substantive Case Presented
In relation to which Carl presented the documentary evidence of an ancestral line of registered births that goes back to 1862, when his great great grandmother falsely gave her ‘illegitimate’ child the name of Tudge, the man she married subsequent to the arrival of the child.
Which, in and of itself, is evidence that Carl is clearly of sound mind, given that it would otherwise be impossible to present a substantive case in such a precise and measured manner, under the pressure of being threatened with the loss of his home and without any legal training or representation.
Nuremberg Code Breached
More pressingly, Carl is currently being unlawfully detained in the Ashby Ward at the Bradgate Department of Mental Health at Glenfield Hospital, where he is being subjected to forced medical treatment that is in direct contravention of the Nuremberg Code.
Having spoken directly with the manager of the Unit yesterday, she blithely stated that her first objective was to “do no harm”, yet she was the one who actually injected Carl in his buttocks with 100mg of a substance called Zuclopenthixol, as he was being forcibly held down by her staff.
She did so BEFORE she stated to PUB that her first objective was to “do no harm”, which can only mean that either she was lying or she sincerely believes the drug she injected Carl with is incapable of doing him any harm.
Voluntary Consent Absolutely Essential
In the light of this irrefutable evidence, it appears that the drug is technically experimental, since the frequency of the side effects is marked as “not known”, which, in the absence of full and informed voluntary consent, is a clear violation of the Nuremberg Code, Part One:
The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential. This means that the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent; should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, overreaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision.
