When a criminal government‘s psychological warfare team declares the population does not have sufficient fear when it comes to the false narrative of ‘Divoc 91’ and, therefore, that certain invidious psychological manipulations be used against the people it is supposed to be serving, we are clearly at war. What is there left to lose?

Only the fear.

Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the state in which the individual is easily-swayed, persuaded or cajoled into an act that is against his interests and those around him.

To suggest the UK’s criminal Big-Pharma-Gov is not knowingly promulgating fear is akin to claiming Jimmy Savile was an honourable man whose charities were genuinely created for the good of his victims.

Fear cowers, it withers, it freezes and it pollutes all who are not fearless. That is its stated purpose and that is the intent behind the twisted psychopathic mind-games played by the Tavistock-guided-Bill-Gates-Funded statist psychological deep state cover operation known as Divoc 91.

Dated March 22, the paper written by the Scientific Pandemic Influenza Group on Behaviours (SPI-B) stated:

 

“A substantial number of people still do not feel sufficiently personally threatened; it could be that they are reassured by the low death rate in their demographic group, although levels of concern may be rising … the perceived level of personal threat needs to be increased among those who are complacent, using hard-hitting emotional messaging. To be effective this must also empower people by making clear the actions they can take to reduce the threat.”

 

The same document presented a grid of 14 options for increasing compliance which included “use media to increase sense of personal threat”, a tactic which was seen as having a “high” effectiveness though spill-over effects “could be negative”.

 

Some Sage participants now admit to feeling “embarrassed” by such advice.

 

One regular Sage attendee said: “The British people have been subjected to an unevaluated psychological experiment without being told that is what’s happening.

 

“All of this is about trying to steer behaviour in the direction an elite has decided, rather than deciding if it is the right thing or the ethical thing to do.”  Source: Daily Telegraph

The fact is that all fear has been, as it were, has been injected into the people. We are not born fearful, our natural state is one of love, of kindness and fearlessness.

However, as history teaches those who pay attention, there is a limit to what the public will take. Once the line is crossed, the lions will rise up; in ‘unvanquishable number’.
