Miscarriage of justice

The following is a sanitised version of an active Tort claim in the High Court against Snottinghamshire’s Chief Constable, Christopher Eyre, for damages suffered as a consequence of the ‘Force’s’ various trespasses against the RM and RM2 over an 18 month period beginning in February 2010 and culminating on 7 November 2011 when both men were unlawfully evicted from their then home for the second time in a year.
