And the illegal activities of ‘Paralegals’.

1988, inner city Leicester and I was just beginning my ‘career’ as an English teacher in a what was then known as a community college. The pupils were, in the vast majority, Pakistani muslims.
Graham was an older school teacher who formerly taught PE but now was in charge of a Personal and Social Education (PSE) curriculum. He was a character who took no nonsense, loved a pint and a cigar and he had a great sense of humour. On the wall of his classroom there was a poster that looked like the one illustrated in the Rogue Cast.
I was 23 years old and my head was full of false notions of equality, equal opportunities and assorted Marxist nonsense. In fact, I saw myself on a kind of a mission – teaching English in an English city to these natives of Pakistan, a far-flung corner of the British (East India) ‘empire’.
It was only to be expected, therefore, that I thought this was a marvellous piece of propaganda that was correct in its bold, though patently ridiculous, assertion.
I can remember haranguing my dad over him voting for the National Front in the 1979 General Election. Looking back, I have to give my head a shake at the false notions that I had taken on. To be fair to dad, he was unfazed by any of my leftist parroting and always asserted that I would learn the truth, “soon enough.”
Back in the seventies, I well remember sitting a number of ‘tests’ as a pupil in primary school. I enjoyed them – in fact, I always relished examinations and tests. Probably because I found them most interesting. Looking back now, it would appear that these were tests specifically designed to measure our Intelligence Quotient (IQ).
When I trained at Manchester University to become a teacher, many of the tutors were of a left-leaning persuasion and IQ tests were not in vogue. In fact, they were criticised for being culturally-biased in favour of white folks, of Europeans. That notion is a disingenuous one.
However, as can be seen in this week’s Rogue Cast, the subject of IQ is a most pertinent one, particularly as we are living in a realm that has been subjected to a steady, planned and controlled invasion of the West by peoples of African, middle-Eastern and Indian/Pakistani origin.
A recent IQ test carried out by a native group in Lagos, Nigeria, demonstrates most effectively how and why the issue will persist until such a point as it is dealt with.
In the meantime, the clowns will continue to promote such false notions as black kings and queens of Europe, of Britain being built on immigrant labour, of only white countries having engaged in slave trading and how we are all equal, with the disreputable BBC standing at the forefront of the codswallop.
The second part of the Rogue Cast concerns a legal matter that has begun to gain traction. The Mazur case is huge in its ramifications for not only does it lay to waste the illegal activities of the Councils who attempt to place charges over peoples’ homes and/or initiate void bankruptcy proceedings for non-payment of council tax, it demonstrates just how the legal system is operating fraudulently on an industrial scale.
When a paralegal initiates litigation, whether it be on behalf of a council or a financial institution, she (and it invariably is a woman) is acting illegally. The Mazur case (formally Mazur & Anor v Charles Russell Speechlys LLP [2025] EWHC 2341 (KB), with subsequent appeal proceedings) is a significant High Court decision in UK law concerning the conduct of litigation as a reserved legal activity under the Legal Services Act 2007 (LSA 2007).
Now, as I previously intoned, I am not in the business of promoting hopium, but the attentive reader will immediately see that the ramifications of this issue go far and wide.
In my battle against the unlawful eviction I experienced of 2010, the entire case against me was initiated by Drydens of Bradford, for and on behalf of the Bradford and Bingley Building Society (as was). The witness statement is the key document that initiates the litigation. Without it, the court claim cannot be made or even begin.
In my case, it was brought by a ‘paralegal’ – that individual affirmed, under penalty of perjury, that a debt was owed and that I was in breach of a the terms of a (non-existent) contract (agreement).
These debt collection agencies or LLPs (Limited Liability Partnerships) are operating unlawfully. They are, in essence, factories of mass fraud whose operations are designed to extort moneys from the peoples of the Isles of Britain. To repeat: it is, and always has been, an industrial scale operation.
The difference between then and now is that the courts can no longer ignore the matter: under the Legal Services Act, 2007, conducting litigation is a reserved activity to be carried out only by a duly authorised solicitor or barrister.
The question, as ever, is how will people use this knowledge? As I state in the podcast, this illegality will form the basis of many an appeal for those who are paying attention and have been subject to this illegal warfare, this factory level extortion. The courts will doubtless attempt to go round it, to ignore and bury it but they will not succeed if enough people stand up to it and stop complying with the tyranny.
Indeed, given the levels of inflation and daylight robbery involved with the collection of the iniquitous Council Tax, surely it is high time for the peoples to draw a line in the sand and say, enough is enough and lawfully refuse to pay moneys that fund the ongoing wars against peoples abroad and at home on the ground that to fund illegal activities is unlawful under Common and International Law?
