The Pied Pipers: A Rogue Rant

In this Rogue Rant, I once again take aim at the 3 Stooges who front Reform UK, Restore Britain and Advance UK – namely, Messrs Farage, Lowe and Habib, the 3 former investment bankers who deem themselves to be the best candidates to front up the opposition to the criminally absurd UK Government.

I’ve written many an article about this, and in fact I’ve touched on this subject many times, and what we’re dealing with here is the trivium, or less prosaically, less academically: the ability to think critically.

Does Rupert have it?

I doubt it.

It is a circus of distraction, a whirling cloud of smoke and mirrors which, to any one who is able to apply critical thinking, is aimed at pacifying the people by leading them into a cul-de-sac of empty rhetoric.

When it boils down to it, all power lies with the individual.

Does this make them faux leaders of the controlled opposition?

I posit that is the case.

Witness their collective and individual silence over the subject, the promulgation of the fake debt notion and their complete avoidance of MagnaCarta2025

Each of them has never experience penury, homelessness or what it is to not have a pot to piss in.
The British Class (caste) system – rooted in the private and public school education – indoctrination – system.

I muse on how none of them ever go near the subject of law – MC25 – the Golden Rule – instead, they post platitudes, empty rhetoric and memes like Detain, Deport, ‘Restore Britain’ and the illusion of a National Debt to the Houses of Rothschild, aka the fake banks, the licenced credit brokers.

The X doctrinal policy of freedom of speech but not reach is as persistent as it ever was – a suppression that began in the Convid days, and which has continued to this day.

I pontificate on the illusion of money and the law and how, from personal experience, it is clear that you will be suppressed by the algorithms of the various media platforms if you go into these subjects.

My personal recommendation of the exemplary work of Richard WernerX link, one of the few who examines the subject of Money/Credit and its creation in any detail.

It is factually correct to state that NO LOAN ever takes place, whether it be to an individual, a council or the government of a country.

The greatest psy-op is this one Ring of Power – and one of a number of extraordinary men to point it out was Henry Ford,

I reference  Paget’s Law of Banking (1904), from which the following quote is taken,

In Ex parte Brett, L. R., 6 Ch. 841, it is implied that where a person accepts bills, not being under actual liability to do so, on having bills of lading transferred to him, those bills become part of his estate, though he can only hold them as security for the liability he incurs on behalf of the drawer.

Probably, as Mr. Chalmers says, “there is a kind of mixed property in the goods, both drawer and acceptor having a defeasible interest therein,” the acceptor’s interest extending to justify anything necessary for his protection or indemnity.

If the banker do not accept the bill of exchange he has no right to keep the bill of lading or other document of title, and no property in the goods passes to him. (Sale of Goods Act, 1898, s. 19, sub-s. 8; cf. Calm v. IW.-.7/X, (V.. Company [1899] 1 Q. B. 648.) As between the banker and the customer, an undertaking to forward bills of lading against acceptance will give the banker who has accepted the bill an equitable claim to the bill of lading, equivalent to a valid hypothecation of it, which would hold good against the customer’s trustee in bankruptcy. (Lutschcrv. Comptoird’Escompte,1Q.B.D. 709.)

But as against third parties, it would seem that nothing short of possession of the documents, or at least constructive possession of them, as by their having been posted to the banker, will give him a good title to the goods.

The highlighted line further illustrates the point about how the Licenced Lenders of UK and elsewhere have ZERO right to possess anyone’s home when they do not have the ORIGINAL and VALID Deed of Mortgage. All of which is why the Great British Mortgage Swindle is a criminal racket of staggering proportions.

In simple terms, Monetary mechanics demonstrates that a credit card is a fraudulent representation of the facts – the notion that credit can and has to be paid back when it inverted as a ‘loan’. There is literally nothing to ‘pay back’.

The same applies to loans to buy homes. By way of example, when I bought my home in 1994 the credit extension, based on my salary at the time was some £34k, of which I had ‘paid back’ some £67k by 2010 when I was unlawfully evicted after challenging the Bradford and Bingley to prove a loan had been made and that there was a lawful mortgage deed and contract in place.

When it failed to do so, I launched a counter claim vs said credit provider and the fake lender immediately appointed barrister Benjamin Wood, a former banker at N.M Rothschild of London to shut me down and have me unlawfully evicted. The levels of psychopathy that were unleashed were incredible to experience.

My measured rant was posted on Rupert Lowe’s X account under a post he had made about the illusory National Debt – whilst his post had over 440k views, due to the algorithmic suppression my rant had a tiny 34 views, when time was, probably pre-Convid, it may well have garnered tens of thousands.

Can you see just how the game is rigged?

Whether its the financial game, the judicial one or the social media one?

Each operates as some kind of Plato’s Cave, designed to entrap and keep imprisoned the mind of the collective.

A new feature of my RogueCast is the Great British Bell EndGBBE –  which will present one example/ candidate per week.

This week’s character is James Delingpole a flibbertigibbet establishment character, son and brother of Freemasons, a man whose role is to corral his listeners into a Limited Hangout that is fuelled by his penchant for rabbit holes of conspiratainment which only promote inaction and shallow thinking.

His brother, Dick, claims to be a Christian but this is, in the final analysis, palpably false as the religious cult of Freemasonry is, in fact, in worship of the false god, Jabalon – a thought form of the demiurge, that is most certainly not the True God.

In this way, James spins out falsities by the bucket-load and his defence of the dubious character Miri Bull-shit Finch, she of the empty rhetoric, in a private message to me more than qualifies him as this week’s nominee of GBBE in which I will highlight a character for the dubious honour of being a prize pillock of a deceiver.

I touch on Charlie Downes and the Generation Z, which is but a marketing description to characterise and target audiences for the targeting with advertising, who are compiled into general age groups – not a definitively accurate term but useful for the purposes of this discussion. Downes is another privately educated man who, in all probability, has never not had a pot to piss in.

As it stands, I am moving towards the view that Restore Britain is Controlled Opposition and it is noted that Rupert and his friends are pumping out empty platitude after platitude. In other words, and because they don’t go into the Law and Money issues, their rhetoric is empty. T

The seas of Great Yarmouth may not be populated with dinghy aliens but, at least as far a Rupert is concerned,  they do appear to be waters of fallacy, whose empty rhetoric washes up like flotsam and jetsam on its sandy beaches.

#TGBMS – Knocking Down the Dominoes of Dogma

Defeating dogma has never been easy. On many occasions, the individual can become disheartened that his efforts appear to have come to nought. Taking my own experiences over the last 8 years, during which time I took on the government bank known as the Bradford and Bingley over my void mortgage and ended up being callously and criminally evicted, I can perfectly understand how and why such a state of mind may come about. The voice of my ego will tell me things like ‘it was all for nothing; you worked all those years for the house and now you have fuck all; you should have played the game; it was pointless to risk it all in a game which you could never win; the odds were stacked against you; it was hopeless from the beginning; look at you, penniless and for what point?’ etc.

At such times my self-criticising ego may bemoan the fact that this website doesn’t attract much interest and that no-one is paying attention to the work. This only serves to reinforce the egoic thinking that all the effort has indeed been pointless.

However, being essentially nihilistic in origin, such thinking does not serve me. The RogueMale site has never been about attracting huge numbers of people: the writings are often lengthy and therefore the audience for them is of a particular quality – namely those who are able to read fluently and with the required levels of discernment and critical thinking. It is a case of quality over quantity and it was ever thus.

Popularity is not something I have ever courted. It belongs to the world of the glib, the smooth operator and the one who seeks approval outside himself:

The world is awash with psychological operations which stem from many sources, particularly religion and all forms of external governance. Most if not all of these ‘psy-ops’ are dependent upon the continued perpetration of untruths, lies that are repeated so often, they become accepted by the uncritical mind as being the truth. When those in (false) ‘authority’ repeat those lies, they operate as agents of dogma:

As the discerning one knows, the truth is simply that which is so.

Dogma, as defined above, may be true but, more regularly, it is false.  As such it can be used to promote falsehoods. Interestingly, the fallacy of the appeal to authority is what often underpins a dogma, as can be exemplified by the religious dogmas relied upon by the Vatican (or other organised religions).

Throughout the pages of this website, it is stated that the Great British Mortgage Swindle is a fraud of monstrous proportions, that exists largely due to the inability of the people to understand just how it operates, both in terms of finance and the legal system.

Its operation is dependent upon the miseducation of the general populace (which thus has no ability to think critically) and the fake authorities that are used to shore up the swindle. However, its continued existence is hanging by a precarious thread, which is constantly unwinding as more and more of those people who are capable of critical thinking grasp the nature and the workings of the swindle. That unravelling thread is the pretence that the mortgage is lawful – that there has been consideration (an actual loan) on the part of the bank, that there has been a meeting of the minds of all parties (a necessary requirement for a valid contract to exist) and that every aspect of the ‘agreement’ has been disclosed. The absence of any one of which is enough to render the mortgage ‘agreement’ void ab initio.

Over the last 8 years I have taken part in or been present at many court hearings for (false) possession claims made by banks where the lawyers for the banks and the judges sweat their way through the proceedings, fumble for words and nervously shift in their seats due to the fact that they are being confronted with the truth of the matter:

  1. No loan has taken place – the credit (‘money’) for the purchase of the house was created out of thin air.
  2. The mortgage deed is void, a lie put to paper, fraudulently signed before any ‘advance’ has taken place and illegally executed before the ‘mortgagor’ was in possession of the house.
  3. There is no valid contract for a mortgage in place as required at law, signed by all parties.

These are the facts. They are not based on any fallacy. Indeed, any one who is able to point out any errors in fact or reason is invited to do so. The fact that no conveyancing solicitor ever points out the unlawful aspects of the mortgage agreement he is advising his client to enter renders the entire profession liable to a negligence claim once a mortgagor has sustained losses. That link demonstrates how one senior judge, Mr Ross Cranston, former solicitor general to the Labour government, took it upon himself – or, as is more likely the case, carried out instructions from his handlers –  to pervert the course of justice, just like all his cohorts did. It is fair to state that he was most nervous in the hearing as he went about shutting down a valid claim against the conveyancing solicitor and that his void judgement was pre-written (he did not retire to ‘deliberate’ but launched straight into it).

His extreme discomfort (and that of the legal profession and the British judiciary as a whole) was caused by his reliance upon dogma which flies in the face of the facts and reason. Dogma which exists as consequence of brainwashing (‘education’) and which blinds him and his ilk to the truth.

Thus, when presented with the facts, it is often the case that the judges will resort to the dogmatic expression,

“Well, you got the house didn’t you?”

Or, the solicitor will falsely claim that the mortgagor’s defence has “no basis in law”, often citing another such case where a miscarriage of justice took place as proof that the mortgagor’s claim is “hopeless”. Alternatively, the solicitor will falsely claim that the mortgagor is a ‘vexatious litigant’.

 

Thus it follows that both judge and solicitor are reliant upon dogma. The judiciary repeats the line in a desperate and underhand attempt to get the mortgagor into agreement that a loan took place (after all, if no loan took place then the entire proceedings are null and void and the bank is committing fraud by bringing the claim in the first place, with its CEO and minions all guilty of perjury too, for without consideration by the bank, there can be no valid contract and no money is due because no actual loan ever occurred).

A solicitor who defends a bank in such matters is totally dependent upon the fallacy known as the appeal to authority, a fake judicial authority that by failing to rule, time after time, upon the facts, has individually and collectively perverted the course of justice in order for the illusion to continue.

“It’s not what we don’t know that hurts us, it’s what we do know that isn’t so.”

The truth of this statement is plain and whilst it accurately applies to #TGBMS, it is applicable to any field of knowledge.

This aphorism is wholly applicable to the British Court System and all those banking acolytes and apologists who peddle the dogma that the 11.2 million mortgages in Britain are in any way valid.

Challenging its dogmas is a costly and demoralising exercise, for sure but it is necessary to do so in order that the racket may fall and, be sure of it, it will collapse for its roots are rotten to the core.

Rest assured, those dogma dominoes are there to be toppled and it only takes one finger from one individual to begin the fall. Roll on the release of the new and improved The Great British Mortgage Swindle, the film that is guaranteed to not just knock down the dominoes but obliterate them.

Finally, to all those who may be experiencing doubt and frustration over the state of the world today and the refusal of many to wake up to the tyranny that exists all around them, though your audience may be small and some may appear not to be listening, your efforts are worthwhile – keep knocking down the dominoes and never underestimate the power of what you do to have an effect.

#TGBMS: A MORTGAGE EXPLAINED IN 600 WORDS

 

There are some 11.2 million of them in Britain but how many people actually understand what a mortgage is?

A mortgage literally means, ‘Dead Pledge’: late Middle English: from Old French, literally ‘dead pledge,’ from mort (from Latin mortuus ‘dead’) + gage ‘pledge.’

A pledge is a promise.  A mortgage is a dead promise.

On its face, it seems very straightforward – a man receives a loan, called a mortgage, for a property and, in so doing, agrees to pay it back within a set period, usually 25 years. Should he fail to do so, the creditor (the lender) claims the right to take his property by way of the registered charge created by his signature on the Mortgage Deed, which forms his sincere promise to pay.

However, it is more complex than many of us would imagine.

What if you were told that, as a matter of fact, no loan had taken place?

You might ask,

’How could that be?  The bank loaned me the money and I used it to buy the house and the land. I borrowed their money, therefore, I have to pay it back.’

However, this is an illusion.  How?

The bank (the mortgagee) did not actually loan you any of its own money. Most money is created as debt in the form of ‘loans’ and every ‘loan’ is created as a ‘promise to pay’ – just like the Bank of England notes in your wallet.

How does this work? The key document is the mortgage deed. When you sign it, you are acknowledging, without any evidence, that you have received a sum of money. You are also falsely and unlawfully advised to sign it before you are the owner of the property. It is false on the simple basis that no one can place a charge on a property which is not theirs at the time the deed was signed.

This document is also a valuable financial instrument to the bank (the mortgagee). In fact, being a promise to pay, it is as good as cash to the banker who takes it and deposits it in a special account which he never tells you about. In this sense, you are, in fact, the creditor. Your signature has created the line of credit which is streamed from that account and used to buy the property.

The mortgage deed is the keystone in an elaborate fraud, a financial racket that is revealed in the ‘shockumentary’ film, #TheGreatBritishMortgageSwindle.

The banker is, quite literally, creating the money out of thin air by way of strokes on a computer keyboard. No deposits are loaned, neither out of the bank’s vaults or from customers’ accounts.

Once the deed is signed, but always undated, at a time when you are not the owner, have received no moneys and have no written contract with the bank (as required at law) the swindle moves into full swing. The banker misrepresents the facts by falsely claiming you borrowed money,  then compound interest is added on top of the fake loan and, in the event you fail to make the payments for 3 consecutive months, it will instruct its solicitors to make a false possession claim against you which will invariably result in the house –  the purchase of which, remember, you funded – being stolen by way of a fake County Court Order.
