How and why Ceri Howells is a trespasser.

A house was stolen by the Bradford and Bingley in an unlawful eviction on 04 November 2010.

That house was the RM’s – at Law and in Equity.

After the genocidal eviction, the house was covered with graffiti and laminated notices, ‘BUYER BEWARE’  and any one interested in buying the stolen home was given a contact number for RM.

As a result of this action, 3 prospective buyers ducked out after contacting RM and a local estate agent pulled it from their listings when threatened with a £1m charge if they continued in their attempt to sell it for and on behalf of the criminal organisation known as the Bradford and Bingley.

The solicitors of the bank, a cadre of professional liars operating as Drydens (now known as DrydensFairfax) out of Bradford got so pissed off that they wrote to ask the RM to stop putting up the notices as it was preventing them selling it.

Meanwhile, the theft was widely known throughout the area of Forest Fields in Nottingham.

In May 2011 RM found out  that an acquaintance, Ceri Howells, had gone behind his back and entered into a criminal arrangement with Mortgage Express/Bradford and Bingley to buy the stolen property for around £62k, when its market value was c£110k.

He was duly informed that he had bought stolen property.

Why? Greed. His eyes were full of £ signs.

He was served notice that he was in the house as a trespasser and a temporary custodian of RM’s stolen home.

In March 2014 he and his partner in crime, Serena Kay, were served Notice to Quit their occupancy on the basis that they bought a stolen home and they are trespassing on property that is not theirs.

As the two maxims of Law make clear:

THOU SHALT NOT COVET THY NEIGHBOUR’S HOUSE.

 

EQUITY SERVES THE VIGILANT, NOT THOSE WHO SLEEP ON THEIR RIGHTS.
