One has had a fucking gut full of the criminality and manifest levels of ignorance at play at Nottingham County Court.

ITS  judges are not fit for purpose

ITS bailiffs are a menace to society

And ITS counter staff are ignorant, rude and obstructive

This, however, is reflection of a genocidal social engineering programme that pervades these lands One has also had a gut full of the lying lawyers and barristers who misrepresent the facts pertaining pertaining to any and all phony possession claims, but particularly those of the Bradford & Bingley.

The latest manifestation of this concerns the genocidal attempts by the above to steal the family home of an honourable man and his family. They have lived there for 26 years, and the three offspring were raised there.

Yesterday I visited Tom, Sue and Nicole at their home – a bungalow atop a steep hill to the West of a place known as Nottingham in the land of South Deira.

In 2012, Tom was recovering from ill-health and this had led to Sue taking on three jobs in order to pay what, as a matter of accounting fact, is a non-existent debt to the Rothschild-Crown Tribute Collectors, a ship of pirates aboard a raiding ship commonly known as the Bradford and Bingley PLC.

The agents of the ‘bank’ were informed by Sue of Tom’s ill-health. This was ignored and a man, whoring as a solicitor for the pirates, did the little he had to in order to procure a void possession order on the home by a registrar who knows fuck all about how banks create credit but lend nowt.

The B&B had previously fraudulently missold Tom and Sue an endowment policy which they were assured, would pay of the amount owing at the end of its term. This was changed by the bank who, without informing them, converted it to an interest only mortgage.

By July 2013 there was a (false) amount owing of some £43k – and this, after 25 years of paying off a fake debt.

With a possession order already in the bag, the Crooks known as DrydensFairfax applied to Nottingham County for a Warrant of Possession.

The unconscionability of the Bank and its agents knows no bounds. The same can be said of the self-serving parasites who work at the Court.

In the interim, this man has a valid claim against that particular crook known as the CEO of this bailed out gang of fraudsters. Disgracefully, an incompetent District Judge at said Court recently issued a void order claiming to strike it out. Happily, there is no requirement on any individual to obey a void order.

The perjurous lawyers representing the criminal banksters have seized upon this as an opportunity to steal the family home by way of a criminal eviction scheduled, at the moment, for 23 July 2014 at 0900.

Thus, they are relying upon a void possession order which was deceptively obtained when the man was ill with cancer, some years ago.

We are at that point now when the only action which will stop this genocide lies in the people.

Therefore, this is a call to all those who wish to assist this family defend its home.

This is a call to the indigenous peoples of these lands to take action and bring any and all evictions to an end – particularly the good people who have been so outraged by the you-tube videos which chronicle several of the previous attempts to unlawfully throw people out of their homes.

The High Court Judge at Nottingham, a man, ironically going by the name of Godsmark has been warned by way of notice.

David Caress, the criminal bailiff may have retired but one can rest assured that another useful thug will have been appointed in his stead.

There is also the issue of the bailiffs acting under unsigned and fraudulent warrants – please watch this clip and you will instantly understand just what is transpiring. Therefore, in the event the court fails to strike out the fraudulent claim, we will be asking those who are available to attend at the home, in the areas of Nottingham, on 23 July to get in touch via email.

In the medium term, it is expected that, as a direct consequence of HMCTS utter failure to protect the people and enforce the Law, a Grand Jury will be formed in order that these genocidal banking actions be brought to an immediate end by those who are targeted: namely, the indigenous peoples of these lands.
