SOME SAY THAT ‘EVERYTHING HAS ITS PRICE’ BUT WHAT ARE THE REAL ‘COSTS’ OF EVICTION AS EXPERIENCED BY THE MAN WHO IS THE VICTIM?

An account of the psychological, emotional and physical harm caused by those criminals who commit TRESPASS on a Man’s Natural Right to Shelter.

On 4 November 2010,  the RM was unlawfully evicted from his home.

On 7 November 2011, the RM was subjected to the same course of criminal action, this time from the home of a friend, Sue, which was unlawfully stolen by agents operating for a cowboy outfit of sub-prime lenders, Kensington Mortgages who had, unbeknownst to her, securitised (sold on) the fake debt.

In other words, KM and their lying lawyers practiced fraud upon Sue  (and the Court?) by falsely claiming they were the party entitled to possession when, in fact, they were merely servicing (collecting the rent/tribute) on behalf of those who had invested in the money streams, which pour in and out of the Mortgage Swindle.

Since that time, RM has been homeless ~ dependent upon the kindness of friends and family for shelter. This article is intended to examine some of the psychological and emotional consequences  for one who has experienced this most violent breach of Natural Law, not once but twice.

Only in the insane world of Mankind do such experiences happen: whilst a cuckoo may steal another’s nest, this kind of behaviour does not occur in the natural world. In this sense alone, Man is  demonstrably out of sync and therefore in disharmony with Nature and therefore, with Natural Law.

The reader is encouraged to pause for reflection on this simple question: why is mankind the only creature on the planet who has to pay to be here?

Whoever one might be, wherever one might rest one’s head at night,  the vast majority of the earth’s people have to pay a tribute to those who deem to rule them and who have (fraudulently) claimed the land we stand on as some how belonging to them. Oh, what a world! And it is all built on fraud, supported by a bogus legal system of deceit and backed up by militarised force of bailiffs, pirates and bovine police men.

There are some who will never question this state of affairs,  whilst there are others who take the view that yes, it is a wicked world, but there is nothing that can be done about it.  And little wonder, when one considers just how long these parasitic systems of extortion, usury and mind control have been at play.

When the RM began to challenge the authenticity of his mortgage, it was suggested that he was on a ‘hiding to nothing’, that the bank would inevitably win in the end and that it was thus a pointless exercise.

RM acknowledged these facts but was left with a question that kept ringing round his head: Well, if you know it’s a scam, why don’t you do something about it?

This lead to another nagging question ~ if you don’t do take them on , who will?

  With no wife, no dependent children and just 30k left on the phony ‘dead pledge’, RM decided it was a worthwhile course of action.

The upshot was that the only way the criminal Banksters could get him out was by the use of violent force and deception, as may be witnessed in this film ~

He and RM2 were falsely arrested, kidnapped, imprisoned and released without charge some 9 hours after the Criminals involved had stolen his house, fortified it and posited a dubious security guard inside.

Within a week, all his possessions were boxed, bundled and dumped out on the street. This was stressful in so far it’s a deflating and, to some, publicly humiliating experience to go through.

However, it did serve to illustrate the truth that possessions are often like albatrosses around our necks. We come into the world with nothing, and we leave it with nothing.  The house, its furniture, kitchen appliances, toolkit, cooker, fridge were the material relics of his sixteen years in the house.  The bank were claiming he owed them the remaining ‘balance’ yet could not verify the debt with the actual accounting of any losses, in spite of the fact that he had already paid them TWICE OVER (£67,747) what they originally claimed to have ‘loaned’ him.  If greed is pernicious in society, then COMPOUND interest is the grotesque manifestation of that avarice.

There is no depth to the greed of those in (albeit fake) control of the money system. This was a fact he overlooked, or rather he did not truly understand just how cancerous and pervasive it is to a system of indentured slavery.

You see, whilst this long and protracted twist was unfolding with the bank, RM was in the long process of freeing himself from all forms of external control ~ he informed the relevant parties by way of Notice and a Claim of Right that he no longer to be deemed a CITIZEN of the ‘UK’.

The irony was that with a ‘DEAD PLEDGE’ hanging round his neck, he was in it up to his ears and the battle with the bank illustrated the lengths the controllers will go to in order to stop a Man claiming his unalienable natural rights and revoking his consent to be governed.

The Japanese have a saying ~ the nail that pops up above the others will be the first to be hammered down.  It means pretty much the same as the old adage that a Man should be wary of peering over the parapet, lest his head get shot off by his enemies.

And this was what came to pass ~ time-after-time, the extortionists and the agents of the banking fraternity sought to, figuratively & psychologically speaking, remove the RM’s head from its shoulders: after all, ‘if one such starts doing these things and others catch on and do the same, then how will we keep control?’  is the brain programme that the psychotic controllers operate under.

Another factor in this series of events was the serving on Richard Pym, the CEO of the B&B, an AFFIDAVIT OF OBLIGATION [AKA A COMMERCIAL LIEN] which rendered him personally liable for the fraud that had been perpetrated upon RM.

Psychopathic bankers and lying lawyers simply hate anything that smacks of logic, equity and/or justice by way of a self-help remedy that lies outside the ‘legal’ programming with which they have been so heavily mind-controlled. This is why they are completely fecked when it comes to dealing with the REAL MAN.

Many of those lying lawyers in the employ of the banking overlords boast proudly that they will seek victory, at any cost to Truth, Justice and Equity.

That, in and of itself, provides demonstrable evidence of the levels of psychopathy at play in the ‘UK’ in 2014.

When a man is evicted, it is an affront to nature, particularly if that man can demonstrate his equitable custodianship of the land and its buildings.

Many think it cruel to cull badges, to chase foxes and or harm any living creature yet those same people will simply shrug their shoulders at the knowledge that in Britain right now most people who have a mortgage are potentially only 8 weeks away from their MAKE BELIEVE LENDERS beginning a (false) possession claim against them. Once the court has rubber-stamped the GUARANTEED order, then the Bank takes that as carte blanche to evict whoever may be in the home, without any prick of conscience whatsoever. If it can happen to RM, then for sure, it can happen to anyone.

And all over NOTHING. Quite how many of those operating in the looking-glass worlds of psycho-financial kleptocracy [Banking] and deceitful legal practice [Professional liars in the service of the ‘Crown’] truly understand the nature of money creation and supply, is an interesting question. From his own first hand experience, RM would say only a tiny few. That is because it is all occulted knowledge and why, time-after-time, each occasion the RM (reluctantly) entered the Court, knew he was witnessing a deceitful, usually blatantly so, form of sorcery, more suited to a satanic cult than a place of justice.

In fact, the more hearings, the more the whole pantomime unravelled before his eyes to reveal the moral cowardice and psychotic manipulations of those who deem themselves to be somehow morally and intellectually superior to all those who are not in their club.

Beneath it all, of course, they are utterly naked, lost as they are in a mire of fake legalese, willful ignorance and complete inauthenticity. They are men only in appearance. The man to the left is Richard who used to act as the senior judge at Nottingham County Court: it was his willful ignor-ance of the facts of money creation that meant he was inacapable of presiding over the matter in the first instance. He also ignored/dismissed a fully Notarised Affidavit [of Obligation] without legal (let alone lawful) reason.

The actions of Richard and others held under the sway of the Bankster over-class have caused RM signficant psychological and physical harm.

The first being that by making him homeless, he was deprived of his shelter, a home that he had modernised and which had a private study from whence he could work on his various projects and learning. To have one’s place of work stolen like that is to deny him his natural ability to work as productively and creatively as is his wont. In equity and at law, the established use of his home meant that it was his, irrespective of what any bogus Crown agent or psychotic lawyer may claim. His property rights were clear and established by the fact it was his home for 16 years. The home was his base, the place from whence he operated: it was also a source of society to him in that, being of a gregarious character, it was a place which was visited by all manner of guests, friends and acquaintances. Since that time, RM has been denied the company of his associates and the society that came with it.

A man who is homeless has to put his energies into survival: deprivation of shelter and one’s place of work/creation is, in RM’s view, an act of genocide, as defined by Article II of the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of Genocide,

Article II:  In the present Convention, genocide means any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such:

 (a) Killing members of the group;

(b) Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group;

(c) Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part;

 

Anyone who suggests that EVICTIONS are anything less than a genocidal attack on the bodily and psychological health of the victims is not thinking and feeling deeply enough. As stated here,

The long-term implementation of a judicial policy which has ordered that hundreds of thousands of people be unlawfully evicted from their homes over void mortgage claims by the banks, the officers of which have been consistently protected from the consequences of their institutionalised crimes of fraud and embezzlement, by a coterie of self-interested county and high court judges, almost every one of whom has previously acted criminally as a professional participant in the mortgage scam whilst working as a conveyancing solicitor.

6. The long-term implementation of a legislative policy which has sought to legitimise by parliamentary enactment the theft of the lands and resources of the islands of Britain from its people, whose birthrights have been stripped from them by successive tyrannical governments.

Richard, the man acting as the ‘judge’ has TWICE caused the RM to be evicted, criminal actions whose consequences are most deliterious to the man, for the reasons outlined herein. Whilst RM is not suggesting that ‘Dickie’ desired him to be dead, the evidence would suggest that the actions against him were genocidal in that they have caused him psychological and physical harm, rendering him [for a time, at least] incapable of functioning at those levels of creativity that he had previously attained when he was secure in his home. Richard’s actions were also outside the scope of his judicial office: the warrants were unsigned, stated that no debt was owed [the ‘balance’ stated was £0.00] and being, in all likelihood, a former conveyancing solicitor himself, he presided in his own case, which is a breach of the Maxim,

Nemo iudex in causa sua (or nemo iudex in sua causa)

a Latin phrase that means, literally, no-one should be a judge in his own cause. A man who is struggling to pay for food and is homeless is self-evidently going to pre-occupied with the essentials of life. SOURCE

The involvement of the police also had psychological impact: on the one hand there was the experience of being thrown into a state of emotional panic whenever a bovine cop was in his vicinity. On the other hand, this faded after a time until he reached a point where he no longer gives a fuck about these psychotic phuckwits just so long as they keep their distance and stay away from him.

And yet, there is a sense in which the RM is richer now as a consequence of his experiences: less is more. The entrapments of possessions may have gone but in this material world, there are clear tools a man must have at his disposal in order that he may not only survive in his environment but also live his life as creatively and productively as he chooses. To be able to thrive and engage in those actions which bring him his greatest happiness is, RM would argue, Man’s natural state of existence and any one who interferes with it is a wrong-doer, pure and simple.

Of course, knowledge is the real currency and a man who is knowledgeable is indeed a man of great wealth. In this sense, the experiences of the last 5 years, though difficult and often dispiriting, have furnished the RM with increased levels of gnosis and from that flows a sense of greater empowerment. This article is a manifestation of that ~ it is from the head and is of the heart.

My desire for freedom from all tyranny is as bright now as it has ever been and, mercifully perhaps, it provides the source of energy to fuel the necessary re-building of my home life and to take action in a world that weeps at each and every act of genocide such as those committed daily across these lands whereby thousands of indigenous people are unlawfully and deceptively evicted from their homes over fake debts that can never be paid.
